Natural Allergy Relief - Cure Seasonal Allergies Naturally
Natural allergy relief is possible for
seasonal allergy sufferers. It is important to understand seasonal
allergies before you try to treat them naturally. Allergies can be treated
with anti-histamines, but they won't last. It's quite the contrary.
Seasonal allergies may not be the best
choice for anti-histamines. There are many reasons for this.
- Dry eyes
- Fatigue
- Dry sinuses
- Dry mouth
- Inattentiveness
Anti-histamines don't address the root CBD Pet Oil cause for your body's reaction against pollen, dander and other stimuli. Have you ever wondered why some people react strongly to pollens and others don't? One reason is:
Biochemistry.
Biochemistry is the foundation for healthy
immune systems and stable cell membranes. People with weaker cell
membranes are more susceptible to seasonal allergies. Why? Why? Why?
- Itchy eyes, nose, or throat
- Watery eyes
- Repetitive sneezing
- Restrictions to the airway or difficulties breathing
- Clear out any runny discharge from the sinuses
- Mucous-related tickling in the throat (i.e. Post-nasal
drip
Ascorbic acid and fatty acids called EPA
and DHA can strengthen and stabilize cell membranes.
Consuming the right amount of EPA or DHA
can help cell membranes regain their fluid structure, and resist breaking down.
Let's begin with ascorbic acid.
Journal of Nutrition published a research
article titled "Effect of ascorbic acid nutriture on blood Mytamine and
Neutrophil motaxis in Guinea Pigs". The Journal of Nutrition
made the following important observation: "Blood Histamine levels were
significantly lower in high-ascorbate groups than in adequate and low
levels." The
entire article can be accessed online for free.
Summary: To reduce histamine production,
increase your intake of ascorbic acids. Allergy symptoms can be
caused by histamine release.
Let's now talk about the phospholipids
found in EPA, DHA. The
majority of cell membranes are made up of phospholipids. Some
phospholipids may be pro-inflammatory and increase cell membrane damage.
A high intake of arachidonic acid, an
inflammatory acid-phospholipid, can increase the risk of allergies, arthritis,
and other autoimmune diseases. Individuals who eat less corn-fed beef will
see their alpha-linolenic acid levels rise if they eat grass-fed beef or wild
salmon. Alpha-linolenic
acid in cell membranes can reduce inflammation and severity of allergy
symptoms.
Many people find it difficult to change
their eating habits. It
can be difficult. It
is recommended that people give up corn-fed beef in favor of grass-fed beef. It
can be expensive and difficult to find wild Salmon in some areas. Studies
have shown that the oral intake of powerful alpha-linolenic acid can help
stabilize cell membranes and decrease inflammation. Japanese
researchers from the National Institute of Health proved this. Here
are some of their results:
"In all cases the concentrations
alpha-linolenic (DHA) and docosahexenoic acid (DHA), increased, while linolenic
(18;2 (n-6), was slightly lower, and arachidonic (24:4 [n-6] significantly
decreased." The
alpha-linolenic-treated cells had a significantly lower histamine content than
untreated cells.
TranslationResearchers
found that cells had high levels of arachidonic acids in their cell membranes. The
researchers then gave the cells high amounts of DHA and alpha-linolenic. They
measured the amounts of each and found that cell membranes absorbed both DHA
and alpha-linolenic. This
resulted in a decrease in inflammation arachidonic acids. This
led to a general decline in histamine.
Seasonal allergy sufferers who consume high
levels of alpha-linolenic acid will see their histamine levels decrease. Alpha-linolenic
acid must be converted by the body into EPA and DHA. For
better results and fewer symptoms, EPA and DHA may be taken directly. Combining
DHA and EPA can significantly reduce histamine release. Ascorbic
acid, EPA and DHA can be taken by many people to provide natural allergy
relief.
But there is a catch.
It takes time for cell membranes to heal
and stabilize.
For those with severe seasonal allergies,
nasal irrigation is essential. Nasal irrigation can be used to clear
seasonal allergies. It involves soaking your sinuses with filtered water and
salt.
. If the immune system
doesn't get a trigger, it won't respond. You can wash your sinuses
using a netipot to eliminate potential triggers.
These are some suggestions for nasal
irrigation
- A large enough netipot is recommended. Many neti
pots can only hold 8 ounces. This is not enough water to rinse
both sinuses. Because
the water column is smaller, a smaller neti pot won't produce enough
pressure. The larger
or higher the neti pot, the more effective it is in washing out the
sinuses.
- Best is filtered water. Chlorinated
tap water is the most irritating to the nasal mucosa. Warm the
water by filtering it.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt to
this mixture. This will
soften water and give the mixture a similar saltiness as the natural sinus
mucosa.
- Chlorine-filter showerheads should be rinsed in the
shower every morning. Use warm, filtered water to fill the neti pot. Then add
the baking soda and salt. Finally, rinse your sinuses with warm water.
- You can also do the nasal irrigation over a sink or
in your tub.
Seasonal allergies can be stabilized by
potent plant sterols. A
small amount of pollen can cause a hyperactive immune response, leading to
symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes and misery. Pollen
will be more easily absorbed by a calm immune system.
Sterol 117 is the best method to obtain
plant sterols.
- Take a loading dose of Sterol 117 for 7 days. Two
capsules at a time, one morning and two at night. This will
increase the intake of plant steroids in your body, which can calm down
your immune system and reduce or stop seasonal allergies.
- Once your seasonal allergies subside, you can reduce
the dose to one capsule per morning.
- If you feel the need to, you can increase the dose
to 2 capsules daily or 2 capsules twice daily. The goal
is to decrease the dosage as little as possible.
- Hopefully, stabilization of cell membranes with
higher levels of ascorbic and EPA has resulted in a decrease of the need
for potent phytosterols.
Because of my severe asthma symptoms and
spring allergies, Dr. Ben prescribed Sterol 117. Because drugs can either
tire or wire my body, I decided to seek a natural remedy. None
of the medications worked. All my symptoms, including those related to
asthma, disappeared within a matter of days. I began taking two
Sterol-117's daily. Sterol
117 has done miracles for my health!"
